Valid ID
To enter the event, you must be 20 years of age or older. Only government-issued driver’s licenses or identification cards with both a photograph and date of birth will be accepted.
Please note: Temporary paper driver’s licenses, birth certificates, school-issued, or expired identification cards will not be accepted.
Event Entry / Security
We recommend arriving early to avoid queues. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. Please refer to the list below for prohibited items. Expect thorough security checks upon entry, including inspection of pockets, purses, and bags. Event security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone.
Bag Check
For those who prefer not to arrive at the venue in their outfit and would rather change on-site, we provide a bag check service. However, please note that there won’t be a private changing area. Keep this in mind if you choose not to arrive in your party outfit and consider wearing it underneath with an easily removable top layer.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen articles. We advise you to keep any valuable items with you. Also, be aware that all bags are subject to inspection of their contents.

First Aid
A clearly marked Medical Station will be available with licensed medical staff providing free and confidential onsite services. Please do not hesitate to seek their assistance.
Smoking Areas
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the indoor venue. Designated smoking areas will be clearly marked. Anyone caught smoking indoors will be asked to leave without a refund.
Public Transportation
If you plan on drinking, we encourage you to use our shuttle bus or taxi service to and from the venue.
Parking
Parking spaces are available at all venues. Please refrain from drinking and driving.

Image Rights
By purchasing tickets, attendees consent to appear in images and videos taken during the events for subsequent distribution for Circuit Festival’s promotional, informational, or commercial purposes, unless written communication is submitted to the organizer.

SAFETY AND COEXISTENCE TIPS
Security tips for your visit:
- Do not carry a large amount of cash, valuable items and important documents while you are out partying.
- Do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
- If you are alone in an isolated place, be alert.
What should you do if you are a victim of theft, discrimination or homophobic aggression?
- Keep calm and call 191 (Thailand’s emergency line).
- Remember who was there and where everything happened.
- If you are injured, go directly to a hospital to get treated immediately.
Tips for good civic behaviour:
To ensure a respectful relationship with locals, we advise against doing the following:
- Going out shirtless if not near beach areas.
- Drinking alcohol in the streets.
- Noise pollution (screaming, shouting).
- Urinating in the street.
- Littering in public areas.
LOST & FOUND
If during any of the events you have lost or forgotten documentation or personal belongings, send an email to Info@cloud9.co.th describing the items and specifying the date and time you lost them. Do not forget to include your name, e-mail and a mobile phone number we can reach you.
