Valid ID
Must be 20+ years of age to enter the event. Only government issued driver’s license or identification card will be accepted, provided it contains both a photograph and date of birth.

Please note: Temporary paper driver’s licenses, birth certificates, school issued, or expired identification cards will not be accepted.

Event Entry / Security
Early arrival is highly recommended to avoid lineup. Absolutely no outside food or drinks will be allowed through the security checkpoints. For a list of prohibited items please see the list below. Upon entry, you may be searched. All items in your pockets, purses, & bags are subject to be thoroughly examined. Event security have the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Bag Check
We understand some of you may not want to arrive in your outfit and would prefer to change at the venue. Don’t worry, we have you covered. There will be bag check available. However, there will be no private changing area. Keep this in mind if you do not want arrive in your party outfit, i.e. wear your outfit underneath with an easily removable top layer.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. We recommend you keep any valuable items with you. Please note all bags are subject to have their contents inspected.

First Aid
A clearly marked Medical Station will be available. The licensed medical staffs’ goal is to provide appropriate treatment so you can continue to enjoy the festival. Onsite services provided by the festival’s medical staff are free of charge and confidential. Please do not hesitate to seek their assistance.

Smoking Areas
Absolutely NO SMOKING within the indoor venue. Anyone caught smoking will be kindly asked to leave. There will signage indicating designated smoking areas.

Public Transportation
If you will be drinking, we encourage festival attendees to take our shuttle bus or taxi to/from the venue.

Parking
Parking spaces are available at all venues. Please DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE!

Image Rights
By buying the tickets, unless written communication is submitted to the organizer, the attendees give their consent to appear in images and videos taken during the events for their subsequent distribution for Circuit Festival’s promotional, informational or commercial purposes.

SAFETY AND COEXISTENCE TIPS

Security tips for your visit:

  • Do not carry a large amount of cash, valuable items and important documents while you are out partying.
  • Do not leave your personal belongings unattended.
  • If you are alone in an isolated place, be alert.

What should you do if you are a victim of theft, discrimination or homophobic aggression?

  • Keep calm and call 191 (Thailand’s emergency line).
  • Remember who was there and where everything happened.
  • If you are injured, go directly to a hospital to get treated immediately.

Tips for good civic behaviour:

To ensure a respectful relationship with locals, we advise against doing the following:

  • Going out shirtless if not near beach areas.
  • Drinking alcohol in the streets.
  • Noise pollution (screaming, shouting).
  • Urinating in the street.
  • Littering in public areas.

LOST & FOUND

If during any of the events you have lost or forgotten documentation or personal belongings, send an email to Info@cloud9.co.th describing the items and specifying the date and time you lost them. Do not forget to include your name, e-mail and a mobile phone number we can reach you.
