HOW TO COLLECT MY WRISTBANDS?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>

Before collecting your wristbands, you must <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>pre-register your ticket<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Pre-registration opens on June 10, 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> During this process, you may update the ticket name, which <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>must match your ID<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> at wristband pick-up.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

After successful pre-registration, you will receive a QR code by email, which you can use to redeem your wristbands at the Welcome Point at The Zign Hotel or at the venue box office. Please present the QR code on your mobile device or bring a printed copy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

You may collect wristbands on behalf of friends if you have their order confirmation, pre-registered QR code, and a copy of their ID (digital or printed).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Damaged wristbands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>
If your wristband is cut or damaged, it can be replaced for a THB 500 fee. Any remaining credits will be transferred if you bring the old wristband.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Lost or stolen wristbands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>
Lost or stolen wristbands must be repurchased. Credits on lost or stolen wristbands cannot be transferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
